Kpop is influenced by jpop and western pop so no one owned that certain genre. Lahat lang ng music is influenced kase music is a universal language. I just learned it from Sejun of SB19

si sejun po ang leader nila, siya yong nag susulat lahat ng song nila so far, siya ang utak ng sb19,,, si stell siya yong main vocal, also their choreograper, ken is the main dancer, also nagsusulat din siya nang kanta pero di pa na release, siya yong base at falsetto nila, justin siya yong bunso, ang visual nila, pero siya din director nila, editor, and josh lead rapper siya at siya ang taga gawa ng graphics nila, mga background during concert and shows actually lahat sila may ambag,, di sila sinusubuan lang, lahat sila marunong mag rap. pasasaan ba makikilala niyo rin sila, at mamahalin niyo personality nila

Puro positive nuon, ngayon medyo may mga nega na siguro dahil ung fans ang lumaki ulo bec of the boys fame & achievements. Di naman mawawala un. Fyi..A'tin (pronounced eighteen "18") are well behaved because Pinunong Sejun said, "Always Choose to be Kind". And that is the guiding motto of SB19xA'tin. Our slogan is, "We Go Up!". Our parting salute, "PaAlab". We support SB19 "Hanggang sa Huli".

@@harryhernandez Yes. That's why even when there are bashers, A'tin tries to hold back and not engage /fight back. We always think, "Oh, pinuno said to choose to be kind". Reason also why A'tin support other Ppop and Filipino artists cuz pinunong Sejun said to support them.

My thoughts on Janus' comments regarding P-Pop should be called KP-Pop or PK-Pop; should we now also call Pinoy Spaghetti a Pinoy Italian Spaghetti? We all know how Pinoy Spaghetti is inspired by the original Italian spaghetti, but we made modifications like using banana ketchup and sugar to fit to our taste. We made it sweeter compared to its Italian counterpart and now we call it Pinoy Spaghetti bcos we know they're two different things. Why would we need to change P-pop name to emphasize the inspiration part. Also, if it would be our mentality and we're disowning and excluding P-Pop groups in OPM; then let's also stop calling or claiming Lumpia, Pancit, and Adobo to be Filipino dishes. These famous Filipino dishes are all inspired by Chinese and Spanish cuisine.

Before A'TIN was announced on November 2, 2019, there was an unofficial fandom name called "AURUM" the Latin word for gold and the source of its chemical symbol, "Au". Aurum is not a fandom name but a group of people supporting SB19. Before SB19s debut, Aurum already existed. It was misunderstood by fans so Aurum was spread and called as SB19's fandom name. ☆Meaning behind our "A'TIN". A'TIN "There's no 19 if there's no 18" ATIN means ours. AURUM'sb9TIN There is an apostrophe ( ' ) after "A" in A'TIN. Sejun said that Aurum will never die and it will be forever in their hearts so they put an apostrophe after A remarking Aurum in A'TIN. The meaningful AURUM is still part of our fandom name and A'TIN without AURUM is actually nothing. A'TIN becomes more meaningful because of AURUM. That is how thankful our SB19 is. They know how to look back where they started and humbleness in them never fade. And I am proud to be part of "A'TIN with AURUM" or "A'TIN without S"

They write their own songs and choreo their own dances, they do their own make up and do their own wardrobe,...its more than talent and looks, its about being relatable to what they are singing, their obstacles and frustrations as they move their way up. To think Sejun was able to write, arrange and mix that song when he himself he said had not experienced it. He just draw his inspiration in writing from books he read and from the experiences he has seen and heard from people around. They are all college grad excepting Josh who wasnt able to bec of the circumtances he was in before.

What made me a SB19 fanatic was when I saw their MYX Live cover of Michael Pangilinan's Bakit Ba. THAT WAS LEGIT!❤️ Ang galeeeeng! But lilewise, the first time I saw them was in ASAP doing a medley of BigBang songs. And that was awesome! First time I watched a Filipino boy group that is so synchronized and n'sync in dancing/singing. ❤️❤️❤️

During SB19's 1st presscon back in 2019, Sejun (the leader) talked about KPop vs PPop. He said that music is a universal language and no one owns a certain genre. Their music is PPop bc it's made by Filipino for the Filipino market albeit influenced by other cultures. Nakakalungkot lang na 2 yrs passed, ganun pa rin kakitid ang isip ng ibang Pilipino. Nag-evolve na ang mundo pero naiwan pa rin sa panahon ni Mahoma ang kaisipan ng iba.

Thank you for reacting to the Boys. I enjoyed listening to your views and opinions about "issues". No country exclusively owns the " pop genre". I agree with you guys when you said countries influence each other in music. The K-pop that we know also gets influence from J- pop and American pop too.

SB for sounds break. Hangad po ng grupo na umangat ang musikang Pilipino at PPOP naman ang magdominate ng music industry worldwide. At nakakatuwang malaman na ang prediction ni Josh na ganito, "In the future po, marami na pong susunod na katulad po namin na idol group din po at makilala tayo (PPOP)sa buong mundo." unti-unti nang nangayari. Sana sa mga pinoy, suportahan nalang sana ang PPOP. Kaya hindi tayo umuundlad dahil tayo rin humihila sa kapwa natin pababa.

Before the single song came out they don't haven't get so much of recognation, so that they decided to do a song that sb19 story and yeah that song got a big hit and it's boom so much. Justin - visual, vocalist (bunso) Ken - main dancer, vocalist Josh - lead rapper, lead dancer, vocalist (oldest) Stell - main vocal, lead dancer, main choreographer Sejun - leader, main rapper, lead vocal, lyricist P.s. They can all sing, dance, and rap. Sejun once said that these are all just for formalities. They write, choreograph, and even direct their craft.

Thanks po for this reaction masaya po yung A’TIN heart namin. Tama po kayo na nakakapanghinayang yung nagiging judgmental agad sa kanila labeling them as copy cats when in fact the music industry like any industry nag eevolve po and na eenhance through collaborative works to appeal to various audiences and sa changing tastes of the new gen. Always honest namn po sila na my kpop influence sila in certain aspects sa image nila given na they went through korean training system and yung agency nla mismo is owned by a korean. Napakatalented po ng SB19 sa vocals pa lng po grabe na, and sla po ang gumagawa mismo ng songs nla si Sejun yung leader nla ang creative mind sa mga kanta nla. Nakakatuwa po na meron tayong PPOP group ngayon, kc po dumaan din ang OPM natin ng period na puro nlang revival songs ang mariring mong kinakanta ng singers natin, pati sa concerts nla wala kang mariring na sariling composition ng artists, smantalang my mga talented songwriters tayo mismo. Sensya napo napahaba ang comment, sobrang natuwa po ako sa reaction nyo. Nagustuhan ko po na 3 kayo kasi mas maganda yung exchange of comments nyo po. He's the music gem. He's the main lyricist (all of their songs were written by him), he's the main rapper, and lead vocalist. The one you think their leader is actually Stell, their main vocalist and choreographer of the group. Hehe

Thank you for this reaction vid of our dear #SB19... few info lang po baka makatulong to know them better: SEJUN (yun pong sinabi nyo na buo ang boses w/ a bit long hair) is their PINUNO as we call him he is also the BRAIN of the group when it comes to their music, STELL is their main vocalist also their choreographer(with high range), yun pong cute na sinabi nyo is their eldest Kuya JOSH their rapper, yun pong sabi nyo na baka siya yung nag pa-falsetto... true po he is their second youngest KEN their main dancer and the bass voice of the group (also does some choreography). Lastly, their youngest and visual of the group JUSTIN. Actually po, you'll see later in their other vids and performances that the group has 5Vocalist, 5Dancers, 5Rappers and 5Visuals... Xa nga po pala tinatanong nio qng anong tono nila pag sa recording actually kung ano po narinig nio sa live same lng po ang tono nila. Kasi satotoo lng ang hindi lng po kayang gawin ng SB19 ay ang mag lypsinc. Sablay sila pag lupsinc. Pero halimaw nman pag dating sa live. I just want to say thank you po gor reacting and appreciating these boys. They are so talented and they really want to bring the Filipino music known to the world. The world may know the Filipinos as good singers and belters but they really don’t know how good our music and sound is. One reason why A’TIN love them is they don’t just think about themselves to be known but the whole Music industry of our country.

Hanggang sa Huli is the sequence of Tilaluha. They wrote their own song and choreograph, basically Sejun is the writer of the group then Stell is doing the choreography of their song but others are helping them too. Try watching the anime MV of Hanggang sa Huli at mas nakakasad sya. It has 5 different storylines. It was written and directed by their youngest member Justin. Yong ni label nyong "Blender" or parang naka auto tune is the leader, Sejun. He's a great lyricist and composer. He's the one who's always doing adlibs or harmony to add depth to the song. He's also responsible for song distribution according to each member's strength. According to him, their songs are from reading books and watching movies and not from personal experiences. They can all sing, dance, and rap. Aside from that, they also choreograph their dances, write their music, direct some of their videos, apply their own make up and style themselves. They're very involve with their music and production. They're very humble despite their recent popularity. It's just funny that those who bash SB19 aren't even singers themselves. 😭 Pero tama naman po kayo. No one owns the pop genre and Kpop also took influence from other country. Sila lang talaga yung sikat na sikat ngayon kaya when you see something close to them copycat na agad iniisip. Sana, tulad din ng sabi nyo, kesa hilahin sila pababa e iuplift na lang yung spirits nung mga taong pinipilit tayong itaas. Ngayon ko lang napanood rv na 'to. 💙 3months late pero skl, I am a fan of GB before I became a fan of SB19 and when I learned na HSH yung gagamiting ost, sobrang kinilig ako kasi I've always wanted HSH (and Tilaluha) to become an OST sa drama tapos sa GB pa ginamit pero at the same time, kinabahan ako kasi feeling ko may bubog na mangyayari sa GB 😂 ( tawa tawa lang pero kabado bente sa season 2) On the other hand, about ppop ang kpop, 'di ko na ipopoint out 'yung ibang points na nasabi na, ano na lang, I find it funny na ganon yung mindset ng ibang pilipino na parang hindi sila nakikiboto o nakiki abang sa annual himig handog PPOP love songs 😂 and like what is said, Sexbomb (wc they said was the best selling group in asia for years before kpop became a mainstream in 2009/2010), exists. Hindi tayo pinalaki ng Sexbomb para lang maglaban laban tungkol sa ppop subgenre 😂 and If I'm not mistaken, we, Filipinos, were the first ones to bring pop here in Asia. Ps. I like the discussion po.
