Avi was good but he left on his own accord 6 years ago. Matt is great in his own way as you probably saw later in this video. When you go to a concert, you will see Matt doing stuff that Avi couldn’t do. Each bass is great in their own way. Recommend their new mashup of Pure Imagination/Christmas Time Is Here.

Rick you gotta look up tickets for Texas, I believe they’ll be there in Fort Worth and Dallas or Austin on December 20th and 21st or right around there. You gotta go see them live. I just saw them last Thursday in Lincoln (basically Sacramento), California! It was an unbelievable show!!!

So coming from someone with a baritone voice most focus on that singers lower octaves. Pentatonix is great at choosing members who's vocal ranges match on many layers. Even the guy who's used for the instrumental aspects of the group.

Also......they're currently up for another Grammy. It's for last year's Christmas album, Holidays Around the World. They so deserve it & it would be Matt's first one!!!! Also, they are in the new Eddie Murphy Christmas movie, Candy Cane Lane!!!
