verivery debuted in january 2019 under jellyfish entertainment (same company as vixx and gugudan) with a song called ring ring ring their first comebacks were actually very different to this one, they had a cuter/fresher concept, but they slowly changed it to a more mature one when they started their face it series (their three 2020 comebacks: lay back, thunder and gbtb) i'd say verivery are mostly known for their synchronization (their choreos were analyzed by a computer program and they scored a 95% of synchronization, they're ranked only under seventeen which is insane) so if you have the time you should definitely watch their dance practices!!

OMG thank you for this reaction!! Verivery really have one of the best 4th gen discographies out there, along with being one of the most synchronized groups of their generation! They debuted with more bright and cute songs (Ring Ring Ring, From Now) and "Tag Tag Tag" was their turning point before going into much darker concepts/songs (Lay Back, Thunder, G.B.T.B.). I recommend you to check out their very first release which was "Super Special" (pre-debut song, **completely** different from this one lmao - a more happy old-school hip hop song, but really really catchy) and "Tag Tag Tag". ^-^

Our bad, there are too many amazing groups Fifi 🤣 These boys grew up this comeback! Verivery are known as the 4th gen kings of synchronization so you should really have a look at the livestage or check out the dance practice when it comes out. You're right in that you didn't see enough in the MV. 3 MVs is perefect since their storyline started 3 MVs ago: Tag, Tag, Tag -> Lay Back -> Thunder (Lay Back is my favourite). They actually started out with a bright concept but its changed across these MVs so it'd be a good way to see their range. I'd also like to recommend another group that is criminally underrated: the band Onewe, and their new song Parting. They are the brother group to Oneus (literally, since one member in each group are twins) and both groups are in the same company as Mamamoo. Onewe's main vocalist is imho easily one of the best vocalists in kpop and they are more of an indie band and so many genres and do them all so well! Btw, they've only really done a song with EDM once and even that song has an alternative rock version if you don't like the EDM aspect. They also have a song Q (feat.Hwasa) which is amazing too!!

YAAAY VERIVERY (you pronounced that right!)!!!! I'm so glad you liked them!! (ALSO YOU'RE A TREKKIE????? WOW TASTE) (sorry for a long comment btw tgrhyujhytgrf) VERIVERY are from the same company as VIXX, and it really shows in some of their mvs (there's a lot more creepyness in some of their music videos, not quite as hardcore as VIXX's Voodoo Doll though) and generally their ability to switch from lighter to harder concept in a flash :D. Believe it or not, their debut and first comeback were in a much lighter tone with a very fresh retro vibe, so if you want to experience some of that, I'd recommend that one of the songs would be From Now - their first comeback and a very underrated bop. They changed it into a more mature sound in the face it series - however, they had a comeback before that, called Tag Tag Tag, and it's an Experience that I really think would be interesting to see, I consider this comeback a "transition comeaback" if you could call it that - it has fresh elements but also a very creepy, sinister vibe (especially the music video, even if it doesn't seem that way at first). Tag Tag Tag is a very important song in VERIVERY's career, in my opinion :D And then there's the face it series, so Lay Back (more slick (?) sound I'd say, smooth), Thunder (more grand), and GBTB (which you reacted to here). There's also a b-side on the same album as Lay Back called Photo, with was promoted as much as Lay Back (if not even more) and is, honestly, title track worthy. They have a DYI mv for it + a short part of Paradise (another song from the album) and I VERY much recommend you watch it - VERIVERY are kind of known for doing a lot of DYI stuff, and that mv looks almost profesionally made. They actually have 2 rappers - Hoyoung and Dongheon - and YES!! both of them did that fast af part, with the switch in the middle. Did NOT expect that from them but I'm very positively surprised. As you said -their vocalists are also VERY great!! The one at the end going off is Yeonho :D Edit: forgot to mention, but they're also known for being extremely synchronised (partly to Dongheon being very strict on them lol), so if you'd ever want to react to Photo, I recommend reacting to the dance practice as well (unfortunately the audio is worse there beause it's not dubbed), it's VERY satifying to see them dance as a whole group. HOWEVER as a fellow person with misophonia I have to warn you that there's whispering in the song - it personally didn't trigger me (even though whispering often does that - so a point in the song's favour), but I thought that a warning is good :) Sorry for the overuse of the word "very", seemed kind of fitting hjhytgfrdesx Thank you for reacting to them!!!!
