It feels to me that what happened that night is often portrayed as a pretty little fairy tale; Dan and Victor do not leave that option open for us. Dan's vocals emphasize that it was the Lord of Heaven and Earth and Eternity born that night. "Let all within in us praise His Holy Name!" That's the way to sing "Christ is the Lord!" Like an earthquake! These two geniuses! Merry Christmas, Joyeux Noel, Feliz Natal, Feliz Navidad, Buon Natale, God Jul!

I am always blown away by Dan's voice. He is one-in-a-million, and he's such a nice guy, from what I've seen of him NOT singing. It's incredible to hear him talk and act so sweet, and almost...adorable (?), and then on the mic, turn into an absolute beast. It reminds me of Troy Palomalu from the Pittsburgh Steelers. Super nice, soft-spoken guy off the field, but then he'll completely wreck you when he's in work-mode. I've never been much of a Christmas tunes guy, but this song is fantastic. I'm so glad your reaction was the same as mine. OMG. OMG. Wow. Oh, and yeah, Victor the Guitar Nerd can certainly shred! They make a great team.

Cliff, I've been with you through thick and thin. I was there when KZfaq cut your feed. I was there when you came back. And now I'm with you for your excellent reaction to the most versatile, powerful, beautiful voice on the planet. I hope you'll react to more of Dan's covers. Victor is absolutely phenomenal and played on many of Dan's songs. Check them out together on "Number of the Beast." When Dan first uploaded it, KZfaq thought it was the original from Iron Maiden, but Dan got it cleared up when it was, in fact, Victor playing ALL the guitars. Together, Dan and Victor make magic. Another favorite is Dan's duet with Violet Orlandi on Seal's "Kiss From a Rose." Victor is awesome, and the metal version is better than the original. Have a great 2024, Cliff. What an absolutely glorious performance of this song by Dan and Victor! Once again they outdid themselves Victor with his keyboards and guitars and Dan with his unbeatable beautiful powerful voice. There was even a great shaking that none of us were expecting and that was welcomed as part of the entire blessed experience. I have watched countless reactors to this and it gets me every time. It makes me want to follow Dan into the battle against evil roaring all the way. His music is so powerful and it makes whoever really listens to it feel powerful, too. Cliff, Victor is Dan's long time friend. He's from Sweden and is in a band called Eleine there. 2:21 “Hua!” 😂 Dan does this in 2 other songs. Adeste Fideles and Star Spangled Banner. I hope he does this more. So fun! 2:55 I always wonder if people are going to like this part or not. So far out of all the countless reactions I’ve seen for this song, only one person has responded negatively to this higher part. 3:09 I love this, you can tell it’s totally Dan’s wheelhouse, he just sounds SO GOOD in this belting style. 3:23 The Earthquake. 💥 At first I couldn’t tell if you liked it or not…wasn’t sure how to read your face here…I’m a new subscriber, just found your channel today.
