Henry is a member of the legendary Kpop boy group Super Junior-M, as well as a solo artist. He is considered a music genius. He was classically trained in violin and piano since the age of 6 and he had plans to go to college to study classical music. But the year he graduated high school he auditioned for the largest and most well-known Korean entertainment company, SM Entertainment, when they held auditions in Canada and he impressed them so much with his violin dance routine that they signed him right away. (After joining SM and debuting with SJM he did end up going to college. He got a full-ride scholarship to Berklee School of Music in New York and he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in music.) He was one of the Kpop industry's very first foreign/non-Korean artists, and he only trained for about a year before he debuted in Super Junior -- and that was only because he needed to learn Korean and become more proficient in Mandarin. He debuted in Korea in 2008, so he has been a famous musician, artist, entertainer, producer, actor, model, etc. for more than 15 years now. Henry now owns his own independent music production company -- Monster Entertainment Group -- so he does all the recording, remastering and production himself. Everything you see and hear is 100% Henry. He is Chinese/Taiwanese-Canadian -- his dad is from Hong Kong, his mom is from Taiwan and he was born and raised in Canada -- and he can play almost any instrument. He really is a music genius. Henry speaks 4 languages fluently -- English, Korean, Mandarin and Cantonese -- and he speaks numerous other languages moderately well. He works really hard to speak to fans in their native language so he has learned a lot of languages over the past 15 years. Super Junior-M was the Mandarin Chinese sub-unit of Super Junior, which created songs in Mandarin and promoted in China. This group was one of the very first Kpop groups made up of both Korean and Chinese members to become famous in China. Which is one reason why Henry is such a big deal internationally because he is a world famous artist who has learned to meld many different cultures together, endearing himself to people around the world. This was a special performance of Allen Walker's "Faded," which Henry created for a Chinese award show. (I'm not sure if you noticed, but at the end when he was playing the violin in the middle of the dancers, he was also dancing. Did you see him gliding while playing the violin?) If you want to hear more of Henry live, you should check out some of his performances from the Korean TV show, Begin Again, which featured singer/songwriter Kpop artists who teamed up to form a group and they spent several weeks busking all over Europe and Korea. In Begin Again, not only does the group sing the songs live, but several of the members are also musicians so they perform the music live as well. In Begin Again you will see Suhyun from the Kpop duo AKMU perform with Henry and several other famous Kpop solo musicians and singers as part of a group called The Family Band. This group was so popular that The Family Band actually did 2 seasons of the show. And the best part, in the first 2 seasons they busked on the streets all across Ireland, England, Switzerland, Portugal and Hungary, etc., so the people they performed for don't speak Korean, but they always fall in love with The Family Band's performances. And Suhyun and Henry also participated in a third season in 2021 when they traveled around Korea to perform with some of their Family Band members, as well as other well known Kpop musicians and artist. This show showcases real life busking performances with some of the best musicians and singers in the Kpop industry. henry can play loads of instruments, you should try his "loop station" videos. He can play guitar so basically all with strings's instruments, piano, drum, saxophone, all I can say it's etc🤣🤣too many🤣🤣he is basically the king of instruments 😅 And of course he can dance, he joined a show called "street dance" as a coach, he writes, compose songs, act in "A dog's journey 2" and others. I think he is starting to learn how to cook, he can do cooking flip because he acted in a cooking drama. There's a lot more, so yes he is a talented boy. Oh and there's one more, he is the first person on earth to dance while playing violin(cause he got a reward for that😂, I forgot the name)

Anything and everything. He speaks 12 Languages, is a dancer, a Chef, Restaurateur, and Mentor for dancers, singers and child Prodigies. Oh, and he's a really really nice man.

Henry Lau , Hua Chenyu ❤️ are wonderful musicians. Hua Chenyu has important messages to convey through his music, he has wonderful lyrics. "God tree", "Qi Tian", "Bullfight", etc. Both musicians are super talented.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "Tom Traubert's Blues (4 Sheets to the Wind in Copenhagen)" by Tom Waits (Also known as "Waltzing Matilda"). His voice is so unique that one critic once described it as though "it was soaked in a vat of bourbon, left hanging in the smokehouse for a few months and then taken outside & run over with a car"!
