It’s a tongue-in-cheek song that’s pretty much political satire (almost each line and motif is a reference, and you can look more into that if you want). It’s unstructured, it’s random, it’s clunky, but it’s absolutely won me over. It works because they laugh with you and not at you. Tractor is a reference to Belarus president Lukashenko's birthday present to Putin. Also "traktor" means not just vehicle, but tank - because all "tractor factories" were mass producing tanks in WW.
