Chilli chicken is an Indian/Nepalese/Chinese dish and the white sauce is Raita. It's used as a cooling agent with hot dishes such as chilli chicken.

If you're in Bandra, go Hearsch's. It's a takeaway place, they make amazing chicken burgers also the lemon tart!😍 but try anything from there. There's an amazing tiny pop up maharashtrian, kokani/south Indian place called Jai hind lunch home(Bandra Hill road), and Candies. In Malad go to jimis burger. Go to Juhu beach very early in the morning, watch the sun rise have some Pani Puri.

Hi Phil, all the sweets you were eating are not prepared by flour except the outer covering of gujiya( semi circle parcel)...all are prepared by concentrating milk and using different powdered nuts and different methods. The last one besan laddoo is actually made of gram flour. Hardly any sweets are made by flour...some are but they are home cooked.

Yah, theres soo many sweets to try. Fresh Galub Jamun, Mango Kulfi, pista barfi, garjar ka halwa, motichoor ladoo, Soan Papdi, Rasgulla, Rabri, Sandesh, Ghewar. But keep trying many, so you can find the right one.

For Panjaabi sweets, you have to go to The Panjaab. A lot of sweets are milk based and the milk from the cows who graze on the lands of Panjaab have the best quality of milk in India. The Panjaab is known as the breadbasket of India - due to its farming qualities, and quality of land. The dairy and bread produce will always be superior there. It's why the best naans in the world are from that region. Panjaab produces the best sweets in India with rasomalai, Khoya bharfi, as well as jalebi, besen, and gulab jamun. Panjaab is also famed for its sweet milk lassis and fruit based lassis such as mango lassi.

11:23... and at 29:57 why do the waiters just stare at him when he's eating. I've experienced that where they just stare while eating and it's so annoying. I've been watching your Mumbai series. Really interesting, crazy city. I was expecting to see a modern city, but Mumbai looks like a very crowded, chaotic place with disorderly traffic, narrow streets, and old little shops and vendors. Looks like a run down city. And, the creepy guy following you, that's scary. I'm curious if there are any cops around. I'm not sure if India would be safe for a solo female tourist.
