I don't know how many seasons ahead you are, but "Koro-sensei" is a pun on "Korosenai"="unkillable"

I think it's a mixture of "Korose" which means to kill and "Sensei" which means teacher So Korose+Sensei= Koro Sensei

I'm glad you found this series. It's surprisingly involved and we get to know the ENTIRE student cast, not like shows like MHA where you get a handful of characters you know well and the rest kind of fade into the background.

Really good beginning and extremely solid finale. The middle parts are a little bit more murky though, especially as anime have stalled few times to fill up the episode quota.

This show is carried on by the funny craziness of Koro-sensei, but the students (and not just them) are the focal point, among the series that amaze and leave their mark. Enjoy it.

nono its "koro sensei". the Sensei part is important too. (i think they never say koro alone in the show.)

4:40 To be fair - just 30% of the Moon would keep the tides going and those do vary, as other celestial bodies like Sun lower or amplify the tides with their pull. And it's assuming that the explosion didnt change the trajectory of the Moon, which also kinda happened. Mind you - Moon is slowly running away from Earth and as it does, the tides will only grow weaker. Moon was much bigger even when humans started to become a thing - as it comes from a collision between proto-Earth and other proto-planet. It's actually arguable what would happen, if this happened in real life. The crescent likely would collapse under its own weight or opposite - without enough mass to keep the spherical structure, it could be ripped apart by Earth's gravity into rings and later slowly falling onto the planet. Other scenario could be that Moon would ricochet back into Earth. Possibilities are many - you will see, which scenario story have picked. 13:25 Point-blank explosions can still harm humans. BB guns aren't deadly, but still can do a lot of damage - a handmade grenade will cause damage.
