David beckham the most famous footballer before the era of messi and cr7 , one of the best Crossers of the ball ever , a balon dor level talent. Was part of amazing clubs and teams like treble winning United, galacticos Madrid, the late 2000s ac milan team with Ronaldinho and other icons as well as being part of the early days of psg as their dominance of France started. Balon d’Or level maybe for todays era, not for back then. Way too many great players when he played. He had good crosses though, otherwise another overhyped English player.

You need to react to the Brazilian Ronaldo, he wasn't called "Ronaldo phenomenon" for nothing. He is the greatest number 9 (he's also called R9) of all time (center forward). Even with very serious knee injuries that almost made him stop playing football, he was champion of 2 World Cups and was elected best player in the world 3 times.

Becks is one of the greatest free kick takers of all time, he could pass and cross with pin point accuracy. He was also a big game player and often stepped up when needed. A few big omissions of this video was him bursting onto the scene at 21 by scoring from the half way line, and his 2 corners against Bayern Munich in the champions league finals dying minutes that saw united score 2 and win an unprecedented treble (3 trophies in a season).

People forget Becham's crosses. He was an absolute master of the cross too. Best freek kick taker and crosser ever and also a really good athlete. He created so many goals for strikers with his perfect crosses.

David was an absolutely amazing player. He could. Seem to magically place the football right at the feet of his companions, as they were making their runs through towards the goal with such precision. He was always very elegant and great to watch. Such fluid movement and reminds me a lot of Messi. It's great that day like in respect each other so much. I remember David's wife, Victoria.She of the spice girl's fame, Told his famous nickname of golden balls on a chat show and he will never ever live that name down.😅❤

Beck is one of the greatest mids there. Not a great speed or technical dribble, but he didn't need it. His vision and accuracy was top level, and there is a say in football that ball travels faster then you run. So he didn't have to dribble like Messi or be fast like Ronaldo, as with one accurate pass he opened the goal. He's a legend for that. And off course his free kicks are out of this world. And he is also famous for his hairstyles. I remember his faux hawk /mohawk hair style. Folks were going to barber shop and said "beck cut please"🤣

Beckham crosses and freekicks are legendary. There are those in history famous for freekicks. And those who have good crosses. But none with both and do it like Becks. He is one and only with that style. That’s why “Bend it like Beckham” is known worldwide.

His skill comes from natural talent and training, as a kid he would train with his clubs as like any player then stay after training was finished until the lights went out, commitment, dedication, and talent since he was a kid ment that as a man he was the best crosser and free kick specialist wanted by all teams, and he played for all the best teams around the world because of it, not to mention he was the captain of the national team.

he is one of the best deadball specialist, I've grew up during his era it and I'm a huge man United fans. he was part of the 92 youth team before signing with the senior teams. The US have a decent player too..one of my favourite is Tim Howard who used to be a goalkeeper for man United and actually played alongside Beckham during their time at man united

Recommend looking up Gareth Bale, he was on the team with Ronaldo and Benzema when they were winning all the European titles. Crazy athletic with terrific long shots. The first free kick was against Greece, that goal sealed England's qualification for a World cup, in that same game he had missed previous free kicks. It was that free kick that won back support for him from supporters, in a previous World cup he had kicked another player and got sent off as a result we were knocked out of the competition. Beckham was hated aside Manu fans. That goal made him a hero.

There are many great players who were much better than beckham. Only his free kicks are of extreme class that would be hard to debate if it is the best ever but crossing and passing? hell no, too many players better than him. As for you being professional player if you are professional then God knows why you couldn't see other players being far more technically gifted than him. I am not saying beckham is bad but he is not the only one in such category. I can ask you the same question ,why you are you being so defensive on someone asking if you even watch football with that analysis. Bcoz for fans their idols are the best and they have tunnel visioned to it.

FYI Some important jersey numbers 1- goal keeper 2,3,4,(5)- Defenders (5),6- Defensive midfielders 7,11- Wing Forwards 8,10- Attacking midfielders/play makers 9, 19- Striker or Centre Forward And there are many more like 14,15,18 midfielders 21-wing forward, 22 attacking midfielder etc. And I saw you asking about the fifth best player, you haven't reacted to the best ever player yet. Ronaldo Nazario alias The Original Ronaldo or the Brazilian Ronaldo (Won the world cup in 2002 with Brazil). Though he never reached his peak due to illness and surgery, he is still the youngest player to win the Ballon d'Or (he was the best player in the pitch when he was just 21). @@joeyTribiani21 Arguable. Juninhio has 77 career free kick goals to Becham's 65, but Beckham has more that came at critical situations so it depends on whether you give the edge to quantity made or those made in pressure situations.

FYI... if it's outside the box it's a free kick, not a penalty. A penalty is given when there is a foul inside the 18 yard box and it is taken from a spot, 10 yards in front of the middle of the goal.
