This right here is what sets us apart, riders that have been down and riding that will go down. Getting back up and facing your fears is one of the hardest things to do after a crash but sometimes can make the confidence building a LOT faster the quicker you are able to get back out there. Super proud of Heather for getting back out there and killin' it! Thanks for watching :)

Just like everything in life, it's getting back up after a fall that counts. It's the challenges in life that we can grow from if we choose and always remember, everything happens for us, not to us. Great to see you two back on the track and in-joying the day together.

Girl idc how good anyone thinks they are. We've all dumped it. Its all about learning. What'd i do wrong,did i grip front brake to hard,did i take the corn to hot,did i come out of the corner to early. Its all just for the love of riding

Absolutely! Sometimes our crashes remain a mystery and those are the hardest to figure out. I think in her case her tires just weren’t warmed up. Slicks and warmers have sorted that part though 👍🏻

So why don’t y’all use quick shifters if you are doing more track , they are such a difference maker, it will make you ask yourself why didn’t I do this sooner

Oh I know trust me lol just haven’t had Time to really think about it. We’re likely doing race fairings here soon and we’ll do some other things I’m sure 😉
