Here is a week in my life as a university student :) There may be many ups and downs but I'm lucky to have such supportive roommates, friends, and family.
Please feel free to comment with supportive messages for those with mental health struggles. I see you, I feel you. My goal is to remain transparent on this channel. I find it so important to talk about my experiences with depression. When I hear about people's experiences it makes me feel less alone in difficult times so I hope to do the same, even if only slightly.
