Love your videos!! You are so me!! I tell myself every year that my job, my reason for teaching is to love the students. God put me here to love them then teach them. That is what gets me through each day and week! They need to be loved and seen and then taught!

I've just started watching your videos. I'm an TEFL teacher in Poland. Not only is it interesting to see how the school in another country works, but it also encourages me in my profession. It strikes a cord when you talk about teaching as a mission and as something you've been called to do. I feel the same way. It's not an easy job, but I feel like it's what Lord wants me to do. I also enjoy your talks with other teacher and how you reflect, for instance, on the past year. It's a good reminder for me that there are always things that you can be grateful for and that from time to time I should write it down, pinpoint it :) Thank you! Anna

Love your videos! I know this was last year, but I would love to see your Wonders bingo card as well! I'm using Wonders in 6th grade for the first time this year! Plus, I teach in middle TN too. :)

Thank you for to ideas. I’m moving to a public school after years in independent and charter schools so this helps and makes me relax a bit. When do you do your first stations? Sometime during week 2?

I got up at 4:30am this morning to “practice”my morning routine. We are 2 weeks out from starting back to school. Instead of getting ready though, I’m sitting in my prayer room with my coffee and journal watching your first week! And I just bought the desk fan :) I’m finding strength in the fact that you went first! This year feels so different for me bc I lost my mom and left my classroom back in January...I’m returning after a 7 month reprieve. I’m so ready to go back but also getting the teacher jitters we are all so familiar with 😳 Thanks for paving the way and going in the doors first!

Just curious what your in service days are about...are you getting a lot of equity and diversion trainings in your district?

Hey! :) are PD days are mostly district led and have to do with supporting the curriculum and technology.
