Our first week with our miniature dachshund puppy Mac. He has learned a lot in such a short amount of time, including how to use his puppy pee pads and his new dog ramp. We hope you enjoy and thanks so much for watching!
Mac is a miniature sausage dog (doxie, teckel, dackel) who lives in Montreal. Follow his adventures here!

That head tilting is a giveaway that this wee sausage is SCARY intelligent. People who don't have pets always underestimate how astute our beasties are in knowing🤔 our moods...and how to snap us out of funks, snits, and having gotten out of the wrong side of the bed. 😘💕🐾🐾

Awww I didn’t know that! I recently adopted a chiweenie (but she has a lot of Doxie traits like floppy ears, the sad eyes, etc). She does the head tilt a lot! Especially if I sing 😅 she’s like what’s that?! 😂

People don't realize how smart and intuitive dogs in general are. They are great at telling we don't feel good and wanting to fix it.

The way how a dachshund tilts it's head when it hears sounds, the way how it tugs on a chewing rope by playing a game of tug of war, and the way how it runs every time someone plays fetch with them by tossing a tennis ball and then bringing it back is cute! 😂

I have had 4 dachshunds in my life . Anyone who knows about them realizes they are very smart and often too smart. They can be very stubborn but, makes life all the more interesting . They want to please and love any cuddle they can have. Just to look at that adorable face and features is enough to make anyones' day Just love him and he will make any day one of your best ! He's absolutely adorable. I have my third dachshund now, she was just like him when she was a puppy. Dachshunds are so smart and loyal,I really love and respect them deeply! I wish the owners and their little puppy a nice life together. ❤😊

We have a mini that looks just this one my hubby got him for my birthday last year. His name is Oliver we call him Ollie he love his toys his favorite is a ball . He is so funny playing with the ball by himself he will drop the ball off the side of the bed go down his steps retrieve his ball just to do it all over again.
