Need I say more?? We went to the dark side and got a Traxxas XMAXX! Sorry Arrma....Its as awesome as I expected! Thanks for watching Guys, I truly appreciate it!

Good video 👌 I’ve been bashing RCs since they would come in a box off a three hundred pieces, and you would build them yourself, honestly the x maxx is the best basher I’ve ever layed my hands on 👌

Loved the video, great bashing! As a long time xmaxx owner, that whining noise when you first started driving did not sound normal to me but seemed to go away by the end of the session. I would double check the gear mesh, and get rid of the stupid traxxas pins under the motor mount so that you can set your own mesh. Epic jumps though, loved the head on camera angle! Bash on brother 🤙🏻

Thanks! Appreciate it Jeff. That was my honest first run out the box with it. I thought the mesh sounded off but didn't want to stop haha. Already Ordered a max6 and 50/20 gearing. I was unaware of the pins. Thanks for the info and positive comment!

Mine is on the way! I also ordered the Solar Flare version. I will replace the servo on mine and eventually get some belted tires for it. I kind of baby my vehicles so that's probably all I'll do to it. Right now my favorite truck is the Traxxas Raptor R. I love that thing in fact I may get another one.

I hope you enjoy it for many years to come, been playing with rc cars since I was 5, 20 years later and 20 rc cars, the xmaxx is my favourite ever.

Awesome! There's definitely something about it. I think a lot of it has to do with being a kid and dreaming of owning a Tmaxx lol And this fulfills all those dreams...

Only problem I have with the x. Max is the Penguin gear gets hot and comes off.

@@SketchRC- there is no noticeable difference in power with stock esc, also stock esc is snappy and has a great balance, I have been using stock esc for 3 years now, all stock everything stockkkk

@@SketchRC- I left the gearing stock, that esc is very efficient paired with that motor, it has great acceleration and it never reaches thermal protection even in the hottest days here in the south of Spain ( 38° outside , 100F ), that truck is already fast for its size, I never felt it is slow. but you know user preference. I get about 35-50 mins of battery with the traxxas 6700mah

Get a max 6 that vxl 8s won’t last if bashing hard. Max 6 is way more reliable. And put some steel gears in cheers!

Love the x max I want one so bad 1/8 trucks are the biggest I have i want a 1/5 scale it is between the x max and arrma 8s

Nice! Can't go wrong with either one. I need some more time with the xmaxx to see which I prefer. But I already know it's both haha.

Love the chanel .like the fact u just wing it and send it not all scripted. I have a granet and a stampeed both are awsome with coupple of upgrades feel the granet needed less but the hoss would be better comparisen. I like the arrma 8s because of all the metal you get for the money but plastic is usually better in bashers .think its time to sell some of my rc boats or something to get one just don't want to sell any lol have a awsome day from Nfld Canada

Thanks! I definitely just wing it lol Everytime I sell an rc I regret it..I'd stick it out and save and keep the shelf full. But definitely get a 5th scale someday, they change the game haha. And you have an awesome day too man!

Radios fine, 5 times a second is a little exaggerated but I definitely like to punch it around.

Very strong truck🤩 I have a max 6 stock motor 21t rr 50t spur from hr racing. Never fails to keep pushing. Also look into some of the m2c goodies if u plan on different tires. They also make replacement pistons that get rid of that annoying hop after u send it big. Keep on Bashing🫠
