Yes, I have read about Blackwaters and rise of similar private military contractors and their atrocities worldwide with minimal prosecution since they provide plausible deniability. In my educated opinion, since the Agnipath Scheme of India will not absorb all trained soldiers in regular service, this will result in supply of highly trained individuals to the existing private security companies in India which will inevitably lead to establishment of private military contractors, eventually. With India rising, there will be many conflicts that India will have to handle and it will then be these private military contractors that will do the dirty job for the Government of India. Agnipath Scheme to me is a long term plan towards establishment of private military contractors in India. And worst case scenario could be that these trained laid off soldiers under Agnipath Scheme joining several existing separatist groups that exists in various part of India.

The existence of such private armies raises some questions. Where do they train? In the USA military facilities? Who supplied them weapons and munitions? How do they move from one country to another. How does their deadly cargo cross international borders? How does the US government transfer money to them without leaving a financial trail? Too many unanswered questions.

Haha that means you haven't heard the story hah???? Back in the 90s Indian army did a operation that was never heard or told to the world ever. They came to a newly inaugurated state and did an operation where the armies use to gather all the male of the village in the playground and beat them up, even end up killing many civilian in the name of investigation. Raped the mothers and daughters while their husbands and sons are gathered in the playground to be investigate. I know a grandfather who committed suicide because he couldn't stand the torture.. Some armies officials even fall off a ceiling while trying to steal egg(story from the grandparents). All these happened in Nagaland in the 1960s and 1970s . And the excuse was they were trying to stop the insurgency in the state. the civilians/Villagers had no idea about thise insurgency thing because the Underground factions operate or hide in their camp which is located in the forest but the armies tortured the civilian instead of those UGs. If you have any relatives or elders who visited Nagaland those days ask them they might tell you the truth.... i think our country is the place where caste and breed Racism actually originated I might bet on that. We get to see such news everyday these days

Imagine you're not in the military, but work in a tight knit compound with specially trained veterans. You know everyone because you see them at the chow hall every day. Now imagine finding out those same guys were murdered in the streets delivering food and then dragged by a mob. NOw how would you approach a war mentally where youre thinking any one of those people had something to do with it. I can tell you personally how that atmosphere was early into the war. At least I am sure of no such private army in India. Indian Army is confined to its borders and they do not undertake operations in foreign countries. Indian intelligence agencies may play one insurgent group against other but they generally do not operate private armies. when ever they tried like Bhindrawalan , they learnt very bitter lessons. Private Armies come into play while operating on a foreign soil. Problem with private armies that they are liable to be used by your political rivals or enemy states who can throw more money. The loyalty of mercenaries is the money. There are many examples of Pathan or Pasthun armies changing sides in between the battles for the lure of money and changing course of the battles.

I worked for Blackwater. Several years. Nothing like what you are reporting. I saw guys get fired for using foul language around the wrong person. They certainly didn’t go rogue at any time, lol. When I was there we did all kinds of jobs the military refused to do. Most of them were MEDEVACs. I wondered why we even had a military. The Nissour square was investigated several times all resulting in the evidence that the BW Team was ambushed. Just another day in Iraq. Perhaps you should be doing a story about all the politicians and Generals who started the Iraq war and then profited from the contracts. We were paid well but none of us were millionaires at the end, lol. I will always know the truth because I was there. I was actually there unlike all the keyboard commandos and fake journalists. Lol
