I respect Giannis more than most people. But he’s not the best player even if he wins because the Bucks team is really good. They blew out the hawks in game 5 without Giannis and controlled the entire game in game 6 without Giannis. If Lebron loses again next year then, Lebron would probably hand out the next best to Harden or Luka. Still Harden, Luka, KD, Steph are better than Giannis. If Kawhi is healthy he’s ask better than Giannis.

At one point didn't the Bucks have 5 guards on the floor? So to me Giannis should have dominated. That's why I hate these ridiculous conversations about Giannis being an all time great based on game by game results. I'm old enough to have watched many great big men in the NBA. I can assure you guys like, Charles Barkley, Moses Malone, Tim Duncan, Patrick Ewing, obviously Shaq etc..would have put up similar numbers playing against these small ball lineups. This isn't to take away from Giannis. But he's supposed to dominate inside the paint. Quite frankly, I'm not impressed.
@Orangejulius4414
@Orangejulius4414 3 жыл бұрын
@@keithgupton9349 this doesn't make any sense. Cam Johnson is 6 foot 9, Ayton is 6 foot 11, Kaminsky is 7 feet tall. The Suns don't run small ball lineups. But I'll bet my Yankees tickets, if they didn't praise Giannis, you would be the first one attacking them the way you are attacking me. My opinion remains the same. When PG has a breakdown mentally that effcts him physically he's mentally weak, but when it's Giannis he's mentally strong? He couln't be on the floor because he was 'too hyped' or 'too weak'? I'm a bit confused by the double standard. I like and support both great players.

nah he has been on the Giannis train for awhile, he had the Bucks winning it 2 years ago, last year if the Bucks won he would say Giannis might be the best player in the game. He is just giving a player many only talk about what he can't do and not he is giving prime Shaq numbers out there historical context....... Kawhi can't be trusted to play even close to full seasons. KD had to come back multiple times this year, LBJ injured, chip, injured at his age...... 1. LBJ 2.KD 3. Giannis 4. ?

Lebron been doing his 40 plus games just like Greek in this new era of no big man Really protecting the paint Prime Lebron wasn’t getting 40 in finals games because the pace was slower and bigs were stuck in the paint Different game now so numbers up across the board With that being said these guys are dominant Greek is the most dominant player in the world Not the best overall But he could be as if he so dominant when he play those other top 5 guys that’s it’s clear

Brussard feels like me. I appreciate what giannis has done. Much repsect moving forward.....BUT, He's no KD. He's no lebron. He benefited from olating a team with other then that tall lanky center, had no one yo stop Giannis in the post. Therefore, what giannis did in the finals was to be expected giving the situation. He's still is not the greatest player right now in the league. He was also very fortunate with all of the playoff injuries....so calm down nick.
