But ask yourself this, if the team built around steph was better and didn’t rely on 34 yr old Dray with back issues, would Steph even be upset? It’s clear Steph is mad bc the team is in a bad place and they needed Dray. Okay what if the team was good? And who’s job is it to put a good team around Steph? Mike and Lacob. So who’s fault is it really they’re over reliant on one person to the point steph cries?

What is wrong with questioning Draymond Green's character? I question it. People never mention it but in 2016 he punched that kid in that E. Lansing bar. He wasn't only punching teammates. He also punches civilians. We judge people by their actions. Well, we have seen a bunch of his actions. He is probably a good person who does good things. He is probably very charitable. Doesn't mean we have to ignore all his bad actions.

If that really happens, that green really hurt a player, can that player sue the NBA for not doing enough to control green?
@penkima4923
@penkima4923 Ай бұрын
Not sure. But in many other basketball leagues physical assaults are handled by the police and the justice system, just like any other assault. Not by refs calling some type of fouls. The way games are officiated in the NBA, there's usually no calls whistled by the refs, if there's deliberate injuries attempted to be inflicted to the opposing team's star player. Examples being Giannis on Kyrie, which lead to Bucks winning a questionable ring. Bruce Bowen shortening Kobe's prime in years. And Zaza Pachulia making sure Kawhi haven't been able to play healthy playoffs for 5 seasons now. The best basketball tactic currently is to physically cause injuries to the opposing star player. If you don't punch the star straight to the face, no other type of harm is called by the refs, handled by the police, or severely frowned upon by the fans.

@@Hi-cq2hm Being a teacher does not equate to being a leader. He has always been a great mentor. I’ve been around watching since the 80s. Is LeBron a leader? Yes. Is he an all time great leader? No. Just because he mentors players doesn’t mean he has been a great leader. Was Igudola the leader of the Warriors or a great mentor? Do you equate a great player to a great leader? LeBron is a physical specimen that has also stood the test of time in the league. He never led the Heat and in Cleveland he was the only player that could be called the leader. Even then I don’t think it was him being a leader just being the only real star on the team, minus the Shaq time.

I do not understand everyone likes playing footsie with Draymond. He is dangerous and they just get him out of the NBA before really hurts somebody. What he does is excessive and indicates he has serious emotional issues and have no self control. His lack of awareness just adds more fuel to the fire. If I was playing I would seriously be concerned for my health and career.

Warriors actually have the opportunity to be much better next year what you mean? Resign Klay and CP to a small contract or let them walk. They then have cap space to try and get a near star talent. Kuminga could be an all star talent next year since he’s pretty much been a 20 point per game guy since January and has been improving as his role increases. Podz and Trayce are still only rookies and is it wild for me to not expect them to improve next season? Get rid of half the guards on the roster and get larger athletes for lob threats and vertical spacing. If steph can stay a superstar next year, they could be back competing. Them being the overwhelming favorites is long gone but they absolutely can still be in the mix. As a warriors fan, majority of our losses have been due to mistakes and lack of effort from the VETS and coaching staff. That’s fixable, they needed a year like this to feel like they have something to prove again.

Steph wanted it so bad he took a backseat to Durant. You shouldn’t question is competitiveness. He scores every way and will make the correct play. Draymond is Draymond, everything he does is expected. Wow, dude just said the same thing. Kerr needs to play those youngins more.

Yup. Highly insulting to even come close to questioning Steph's competitiveness...Ever. Never mind what incredible things he does on the court (even blocking shots and getting steals from time to time). Any player in the league who is aware of it knows that Steph's off-court training and preparation is at the Kobe in his prime and most dedicated level for many years now. No one really comes close. You don't reach and maintain that level of commitment to be at your physical and skill set best to not be at a supreme level of competitiveness.

Well, you forget that Wilt Chamberlain changed the game more than anybody in history!! Wilt Chamberlain is the reason the FT shooter has to wait until the ball touches the rim before he can move, Wilt would grab those himself.. Wilt Chamberlain is the reason for the 3 second rule.. I can't even remember all the rules the NBA instituted to stop/slow down Wilt.. The NBA changed the game to make it easier for Jordan, and later, Steph Curry.. Wilt even told Jordan that to his face, that the difference between them is the NBA made rules to stop Wilt, but changed rules to help Jordan
