Elijah Wood has been in more than 60 films over the course of his more than 30-year acting career-from Academy Award-winning indies, to one of the highest-grossing box office film franchises of all time in Lord of the Rings. His latest project is No Man of God, which is set to release in theaters and On Demand August 27th. But how is he with spicy food? An impromptu tasting at the Complex offices last year didn't bode well, but now Elijah is back for revenge in the Season 15 finale. Watch as he takes on the wings of death and discusses Lord of the Rings lore, Austin food favorites, and the differences between horror films and video games. Thanks for another great season, spice lords!

I'm convinced LOTR is what it is, not just bc they're epic films based on epic books, but all the actors are like Elijah. New Zealand was such an important factor, like the other commenter said. But yeah, the cast definitely made the series very "generational". brings back so many memories to me as an audience, too, because of the actors' genuine camaraderie. He is incredibly, vividly descriptive of what he's feeling, tasting, and suffering through. It's a testament to how his brain functions, that he can continue to do that while eating all these wings. Perhaps for me, most impressive as compared to other guests, is that he seems to be genuinely hungry during this interview. He eats most of the meat from the majority of the wings. Everyone else, by and large, only takes a bit or sometimes two - other than Paul Rudd, who ate the entirety of every one of his cauliflower wings.

While I watched this, I realized that I never saw an interview with Elijah Wood before. He seems to be very nice, down-to-earth and funny in a way I like. He also seems very natural and as strange as this might sound, but I like that he burped and blew his nose and obviously didn't want to get this parts cut out. What I like about this is, that he doesn't appear like somebody with no manners, but he's also not blushing a lot about it. He's just like "Sorry, but it is what it is, dude". And that's just fine and tells a lot about his character. This is the kind of people I like most.

I know they're compared physically a lot, but putting that aside, I don't know of two actors who are more grounded, sweet, and authentic while having such major stardom as Elijah Wood and Daniel Radcliff. They remind me of each other with their easygoing and no-pretension attitude about themselves, what they do, and who they are. Love to hear them in interviews.

This is how you make people like you. Show you're listening to what they’re saying, be honest and apologize when you’re not to ask for them to repeat and take a sincere interest in their lives while trying to relate to them. Most importantly, though, try and learn from what is being said and only speak up when asked a question or if the conversation dies down. Eli shows just how simple this is!

This is always my draw to the show. Even if the guest is an excellent actor...the heat will bring something out whether he/she likes it or not.

That was my first thought after his second wing. He seems so genuine and radiates in this interview. I am even more of a fan of him.

Probably my favorite episode. There's something that you can't fake about about real fandom and truly enjoying the ride that you can't fake, no matter how good you of an actor you are. Also loved how eloquently he spoke. Words have meanings!!! There is almost a poetry and immersive element when someone fully utilizes the English language. I feel Sean also picked up on these vibes as well to reinforce my points. Thumbs up on the show and find more fans as opposed to "celebrities" pushing their product.

NURD Ha ha just kidding; you're absolutely right. The whole show was a paean to the original concept. Of course, the whole reason I love Sean is how well he communicates. He's never threatening and I have yet to hear a single solecism.

I love how he is just a normal dude. He doesn't feel like a celebrity at all even if he was Mr fricking Frodo in The Lord of the Rings. Also, he plays videogames like the rest of us. So cool.
