Last year I had HLLE outbreak in my aquarium and nothing seems to work and I lost 2 severums and 4 angelfish. Then as last solution I used tetracycline and metronidazole alternatively every day for 14 days along with 30 min of Epsom salt bath 2x a day . 2 severums and 14 angelfish survived only lost 3 more angelfish. Surprisingly danios, dwarf gourami , pearl gourami , yoyo loaches, badis badis , electric blue ram didn't get infected even being in the same tank . And all antibiotics were for human beings only . Idc anything or any warning when it comes life or death situation.
