Fish Bola-bola (Fish Balls) balls are Philippines popular dish. Not only the Philippines but all other neighboring Asian Communities.
My version is made of fresh white fish meat. On this video I am using Alaskan Sea Bass, wild caught very healthy and organic. I mixed with veggies and other healthy ingredients (please see recipe on the video).
These fish balls were fried with LESS OIL (about 1-1/2 Tb of Grapeseed Oil) using my Saladmaster Breakfast Gourmet. A perfect fish bola-bola (fish ball) is deep with my home made Garlic Sauce (Gravy).
