Today in my village, we cooking red snapper fish with making fish gravy and fish fry. We use 40 kg of red snapper fish and some healthy and traditional ingredients to making this recipe healthy.

Everything about this cooking...fresh ingredients, freshly ground spices, cooking in nature, friendly teamwork and sense of community, and even the banana leaf plates and bowls make these dishes way more tasty and healthy than any 5 star restaurant, which only cares about profits.
