Fish Fry
Ingredients:-
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric- Pinch
Hing - Pinch
Ginger garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - Pinch
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - Pinch
Curry leaves- few
Green chillies- 1
Lemon - 1/2
Maida - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Marinate with above spices and let it rest for 20-30 minutes and cook it on greased pan on medium flame for 5-6 minutes on each side and serve it with onion salad
Gongura Pachi Pulusu
Ingredients:
Gongura/ Sorrel leaves- 2 bunches
Green chillies- 4
Red chillies- 4
Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
Mustard- 1/4 tsp
Cumin - 1/4 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tb spn
Onion- 1
Tamarind - lemon size
Oil - 1 tsp
Sugar - pinch
Water - as Required
Salt - to taste
