As a Christmas present I got Cassidy a trip over to the Florida space coast to got to the Kennedy Space Center and see some rocket launches on the beach.
We ate at a couple places, but I wanted to highlight two of our favorites here.
First was dinner at Fish Lips. With these types of ocean side sea food restaurants it can be difficult to find vegan options, but luckily Fish Lips was pretty vegan friendly. The staff was knowledgable and things were labeled on the menu as vegan.
The next night we ate dinner at 4th Street Fillin Station. I forgot to mention that we also got a side of "4TH "STREET" CORN" along with our chips and salsa, but those items were just okay. I really enjoyed the tacos though, they were very unique.
This trip jump started our love for watching rocket launches. We've been to several already so far this year. And we're going to be buying a lot more vegan astronaut ice cream. Which is from the brand Super Garden and can be bought on amazon.
