Ingredients: For First Marination : Fish -500gm Salt - ½ spoon Turmeric powder - ¼ spoon Ginger Garlic paste - 1 spoon For second Marination: Gram flour - 2 spoons Corn flour/Rice flour - 2 spoons Roasted Coriander powder - ½ spoon Roasted cumin powder - 1/3 spoon Black pepper - 1/4 spoon Red chill powder - 1 spoon Carrom seeds - 1 spoon Chaat masala -½ spoon Kasuri Methi (Dry fenugreek leaves) - 1 spoon Lemon juice - 1 spoon Mustard Oil - 1 spoon For green chutney : Coriander leaves - ½ cup Mint leaves - ½ cup Green chili - 2-3 Ginger - ½ inch salt - ½ spoon Ice cubes - 2-4

You also try fish with jujube This recipe is so yammy Recipe - Firstly cut and wash pale carplet fish and add it in a bowl Then added some red chilli powder, turmaric powder, salt and now add main ingredients is dry jujube ( before add Soak in water for 5/10 mins) mixed all of it Add oil in a fri pan add some chopped garlic and add fish mixer's add fry it after fry all ingredients add 2 cup water then your cry is ready Please try my recipe please ❤❤❤ Love from Assam
