First marination:
Bhetki Fish (See bass fish)-550g

Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste -1.5tsp

Second Marination:
Curd 100g
Green chillies -
Mustard oil -1tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -1tbsp
Cumin powder -1/2tsp
Coriander powder -1/2tsp
Garam masala powder -1/2tsp
Chat masala -12tsp
Kasuri methi -1tsp
Lemon juice -1/2
Salt -1/tbsp
For Binding:
Mustard oil -2btsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -1tsp
Gram flour -1tbsp
