I wasn't entirely convinced the whole way through - and then I saw it painted. The paint job and build turned out so well it's like magic, it's a bit of a shame I didn't have the vision to see the potential.

Been in the hobby since the days of yore, back when Prince August would help little hobbyists give themselves severe burns and lead poisoning, when magazines ruled the NewsAgency, and when James Workshop actively encouraged us to make our own models from literal garbage - so I've been loving the Big Bot Bash so much. Long live maker culture, and may your bits box be ever diverse!

As a Chaos Space Marine player myself, I knew we liked spikes, but that picture at 1:08 made me actually say "WHOA" out loud. In my room. Where I'm kitbashing some Plague Marine Terminators. It's got 12 spikes on it. I had to ADD more spikes to make it MORE Chaos-y. I also have a Heldrake, and have counted every single spike, plus a bunch more that I added, so I don't know why I'm so shocked.
