Gear is in description. Was fishing the shimano Anthem rod 6”9 length 30-50lb and 14k Stella. Used mullet and hussar fillet. PE tackle hooks on a padernoster

Hi Mihail, leader size to braid is 100lb. 4m trace to three way swivel. 130lb to hook and 80lb to sinker. Hope this helps 😀

Good stuff johnny! What bait and rigs are you using? Do you find that using bait works better out there than jigs?

Thanks mate, I’m using mullet fillet and hussar fillet. Yeah I find bait works the best and is the fastest. Jigs and other artificial lures work it might just more time to get the same result in my opinion. Given we had limited time we opted for baits. 😀

I hope they kept what they caught because it is foolish to spend all of the time and money and throw back all of the catches and go home empty handed, then go to restaurant and order the exact same type of fishes you caught and released. lol.
