Fishing BIG BAITS for Saltwater GIANTS!! I take you guys with me on my first ever saltwater kayak trip looking for some FOOD! I did not expect for this to happen!! This turned into one of the most DELICIOUS Catch and Cooks I've ever done!
Again, I want to thank each and every one of you for the support! At the time of this upload we just passed 412,200 I'm having so much fun making these videos, lets keep this rolling!

My first time Kayaking and this Kayak held strong. kzfaq.infoUgkx4k5UrhC3v_Y4hIEaXLGvHcN5a5aBmZNB The water got pretty rough as a speed boat zipped by me, and the Kayak withstood it (I expected to be capsized). The Ores are very easy to put together, the pump worked beautifully. the seats are a bit hard to sit in after a while (I recommend sitting on the floor). after reading the reviews I was very scared it'd get a hole in it, the material is very strong and durable. The Air valve may need a small Phillips head screwdriver to adjust, other than that, it's well worth the money!(update)I've gone Kayaking in 3 Lakes and 2 rivers totaling about 40 miles. the kayak had two holes and they patched easily and no other problems can't wait for kayaking season this year!

*Very well-made, stable, comfortable **enjoyable.fishing** recommend love that everything fits in bag. Easy to paddle for single person as well, however might be too heavy to carry by one.*

Check out the accend kayak wheels $70, get yourself a milk crate for tackle n extra storage. some crocs or sandals are useful as well and ut your phone,wallet,keys in the dry storage section of your pedal drive for safe keepings so you dont gotta spend 35 minutes in snapping turtle infested waters.. Glad you're loving the kayak. I have had the Topwater 106PDL for a year now n it's amazing.

I highly suggest that you get a anchor. Electric or manual it wouldn’t matter. It would make fishing so much easier. Always a awesome day when First State posts.

Bro I’m telling you, kayak fishing is the superior way to fish. Not only are you super sneeky and quiet but you can get to spots and both foot and boat anglers can’t reach. And when you hook a fish it’s a lot more fun!

whenever you have waves coming your way, always face the front of the kayak towards them to prevent flipping, and also do some research on kayak anchoring, if not done properly you could flip

If you’re having trouble with fish munching the tails of your lures off, maybe grab some Zman Lures. They are a lot more durable than gulp.

If you ever need to use those big baits for those smaller flounder that you were missing, you can cut some of the body down so the gulp is smaller but still has the action on the tail.

I always catch flounder with a gulp white crab my I also caught my biggest flounder on it it was 25.3 inches so I would definitely recommend

Use live minnows from a bait shop. Hook them through the lip or back and do a drift! Works great!

A great bait you should try is... uncooked fatty greasy bacon. I use it for flounder fishing, and I catch them so fast. You also catch some sea robin and sea bass which us fun! I fish nj beaches and boat fishing. Like so he can see!!!

I like to use zman diezel minnows for flounder. When it is on the bottom it floats to presents a better profile. When gulp is on the bottom it just lays over. Add some procure and wait a little longer to set the hook.

Yes! Stoked you fished off the kayak in the salt. Offshore kayak fishing is very popular here in South Africa. We catch all sorts including tuna, dorado, sailfish and even the occasional lucky marlin. Our fishing kayaks are very differently designed though. They are longer, narrower, have a big dedicated fish hatch and are made of fiberglass. It's a great sport! Would love to see you go for bigger saltwater fish off the kayak if you can

My favorite way to prepare flounder is just gutting it, scaling it, and opening up a pocket on the up side then stuffing it with a mix of crab, shrimp and ritz crackers and then baking it. Love fresh caught fish!

Next time you’re going for flounder use fluorescent green, orange and pink or like some salmon color, those are my favorite colors to use and I always catch some flatties

Salmon red and Chartreuse Gulp are my go to colors. Fluke here in NJ have to be 18" to keep. I caught about 12 keepers this year biggest is 22".

Here's a tip, when fishing around structure or drifting for flounder get right on top of the spot do not cast it out and let it sink if you get on top of it and let it down you can feel the bottom easier

In Florida the flounder love the Berkley gulp down there as well. Always nailed them on the jetties with that.

!st nice catch! 2nd yes you need to have an anchor and rig an anchor trolly on your kayak. It is very simple and you camn find hundreds of videos on KZfaq on how to do it. With the trolly system it make no difference which way the wind is blowing because you can move the attachment point of the anchor on your kayak. Good luck!
