Hi u take a left turn opposite Uilkraals turn then carry straight on that road past Napier.. when the tar road meets gravel turn left onto tar road until u come to end of road then turn right for Struis.. follow road through Agulhas till opposite lighthouses then carry on and stop before Suiderstrand turn and follow path to here.. spot called The Rasper.. yes anyone can fish there
