It's nice showing the good and bad days. I bummed out last week in beaver dam fishing for cat, but Big Cidar has been good this year for gills and crappie at dusk.

Was on the same side as you, yang last week but next to the bridge. Yeah, the water was fast as heck. Threw a 8oz and still gets washed down by the heavy current. However, i was able to land two flathead though. Not big but ill take it. First was a 8 pounder then the second was around 5 or 6. Littles guys. Catch & release.

In Madison the water is high and the weeds keep on growing. When the water finally stops getting higher all of a sudden the entire lake will be weeds. They have been cutting weeds along the canals in between the lakes to get the water flowing faster. They lowered the water a couple feet a few years ago because of flooding I can't imagine what it would be like right now. It's been raining most of the night and im hearing thunder right now.

I was fishing in that first spot last week and caught a little catfish. Also hooked a large carp, but couldn't land him.

Brah here it’s hard asf to land a nice channel catfish you get lucky getting a nice one we have to travel to Idaho about 8 hours drive to target good nice size channels catfish from oregon
