We sent Lee Rayner up north to fish some remote rivers in search of a BIG barramundi using Bite Me lures. After setting up camp and planning the days ahead of them, Lee and his crew hit the rivers to find a likely spot.
Like all barra fishing, tides are so important, so the guys waited until the perfect time then started peppering the river with Bite Me.
It wasn’t long before Lee came tight with some fish, but were they the big monsters he was chasing?
Mixing it up with different sizes and colours of Bite Me, Lee finally landed on the Bleeding Mullet colour to try for a big one. It wasn’t long after the Bite Me hit the water that it got eaten.
Could this be the one??
