I saw Jr's video and figured this was coming a few days later. It's hard to believe that it's been 2 years. I vividly remember the first time Sonny filmed with you, I think the channel grew 100% within 2 weeks and Sonny might have just broke 2M subscribers. Crazy how much has changed. I'm glad we're all here to be able to experience it again!

Number one rule of thumb for your crispy sear texture outer crust Flaky moist inside Always Remember to add a small part cooking vegetable oil I like the butter Crisco Always mix one part vegetable oil Two parts butter The butter will not retain the hot enough temperature before burning Degrees will aid the butter in the resonated high temperature for frying the crispy outer exterior 🧈🧂🐷(Lard) When cooking catfish Seasoned fish to taste Seasoned cornmeal salt and pepper at least paprika for the golden color And then pan fry one part vegetable oil Two or three parts you like better butter The cornmeal will add a more crisp texture when cooked fried without covering the skillet, top off ? Enhances the crispiness Easy peasy pressure cornmeal seasoned cornmeal in a empty bread bag Ziploc bag whatever you have Season both sides of your fish Drop this season pieces of fish in the back of seasoned cornmeal and twist clothes and shake After shaking All Access caramel off I usually grab the fish pieces with the top of the empty part of the bag and shake them for the cornmeal excess drops to the bottom of the bag with the rest of the caramel seal it place it in the freezer for the next time Always always lightly seizing your fish My uncle used to be a fisherman on The wharf in Houston Before he met my auntie and moved to Oklahoma He taught me as well as my family and neighborhood everything about fishing and took us fishing all of our lives from little small children all the way up until he passed away I used to have a heavy season of hand when I season my food We fished everyday in the summertime every year I am now in a wheelchair for the last 20 years and he passed away the day that I got shot in my grandmother's house lots of people had heart attacks and just I was helping you lots of people around here I had a company and I was making lots of money My uncle Freddy taught me never season your fish too heavily The reason why he explained Everything will take the same You will not be able to tell the texture and the difference of the taste profiles of the flesh of the meat For instance if you had a variety of different fish every last one of those should have a different taste profile Some very similar in profile but lightly salt pepper garlic powder For lightning your blackening seasoning With just a small amount of salt pepper and paprika in the cornmeal placed in a bag Same thing about barbecue all of your pork and beef and everything will taste the same if you use the same seasonings very heavy

Can you do a setting up a rod and reel educational video? Like using spinning or conventional reels and when to use braid, mono, braid and mono tied together, using certain jigs, plugs, bottom fishing, etc.
