Hi Rocky that hassa you call them smoke hassa you cut the head off and throw it out . Regular is good. Then there is another one you call flat head . You peel the skin out and cook the hassa . Where you from in Guyana you call them different names . But they are all good to eat . The small hassa is very sweet .

Hey Rocky, my first time seeing your videos. That's the kind of things I wish I had got to experience back home when I was a kid or just as an adolescent. I left Trinidad when I was 4 years old and and came to the States. I live in Boston in the heart of the City all my life. I have gotten out fishing here at the lake and stuff but its not the same. I would like to experience that Catch, Clean, Cook and don't forget Eat. You should do a visit experience for folks man. I would be your first customer dude. For real, once this thing is over and its safe, let me know.

I am in NY and we does buy the Florida hassa but sometimes it's not fresh and the smell when you cook them just turn my mind off. It's all good that you caught them fresh.
