Never use treble hooks for trout The hook will tear up the fish's mouth if it's not a keeper

1/0 or 2/0 circle hook will work just fine. No need for the treble. Nice catch!

Also for specks use a #10 bronze treble hook. #8 will work but 10s work great

Is this the jetty in POC? I haven't been there in years. Wondering if that flat concrete was put in not long ago.....If its the same one I remember. Cause that jetty was roughed up an had to be careful walking to the end.

This is not good advice... in some states it's even illegal to use a treble hook like this... you almost guarantee to kill the fish using a treble hook
