I wish this game had a wiki. Actually I found out the IA of this fish while trying to catch it. (And got it at the end, spending around 100k of money, wich aint much) the big fish roams corner to corner of the map as long as you are following him (seeing him between some intervals of time) so.. If you clean a spot at the end or at the beginning, and then find the fish at somewhere else and keep following him, eventually he'll reach the cleansed spot. And then you'll be able to catch him.

I still haven't seen the best tank yet...I mean one better than mine how bout 20 dunkleosteuses(start from beginning of map and check the bottom it may hide in the rocks)
