I live in Knoxville. Lmk the times. I got the ktb@ss spinning combo last year or 2years ago. Used it a lot till the end snapped off. Still have the rod bc I’m a rod hoarder. Maybe one day will run across a legit rod repair I can have faith in. Don’t wanna throw my first KTBtv combo away. Have followed you for years. Thnx for the videos.

What size hook were you using for the rage craw?

Start tying a pitzen knot and loosen the drag a little so you have some give on the strong set the pitzen knot holds better on line with hard hook sets. Amazingly well . Just pooling heavy weight like stress test do doesn’t prove anything . When you use it with drag set right you will never snap off if tied correctly

Why I always use braid with a 12-16 lb Fluorocarbon leader for smart or pressured fish. I learnt that lesson because I've gotten more big bites using leader vs straight braid.
