Good video and i can't agree more in a location like where you are. Fish would not be to fussy on what they eat, they wouldn't see much pressure from fishing as its low population and a huge area. Most fish there would have never encountered a fishing boat/ fisherman before. I seen in a earlier video where you bleed the fish by cutting the gills with some scissors. Try using a knife behind the gills, behind the very last gill if you angle your knife towards the tail you will see a clear membrane and its bright red. Run your knife along the shape of the gill and do both sides. You will find this to be much more effective. Some species (like tuna and sharks, longer fish) you can make a cut a few inches before the tail from the bottom of the fish to the spine. Lastly on really long fish like sharks just behind the anus same line you would split the fillets you can put your knife in up to the spine.

Thanks mate. I am running the Airmar 275 LHW 1 KW transducer. I think its direct to the Evo3's. I am not too technical with that side of things but pretty sure its direct. Will keep on the search. :)
