Been there, I had a brand new pinnacle do the same thing. First cast. Side came off and sank to the Bottom of the lake…..forever.

I’m not really sure if they still sell the reel as I got it awhile ago. I saw some other ones that look similar, but maybe you’ll have more luck if you check the wish app.
