You can get cooking wine(no alcohol). It’s usually near the olive oil or vinegar in my grocery stores.

You just have to love that black New England muck you find clams in; I love the beginning dad took 30 mins then your45 mins in with 2 clams, that looked very delicious. Lobster next? you're always changing it up nice job

Looks good, when have time leave longer in lots of ice water and add cornmeal, tastes better, if make stuffed they are perfect when shuck them save the liquor (juice), it's 100times more concentrated than bottle clam juice, chop fine for stuffiest or clam cakes and use liquor when shuck, resteraunts can't afford to make mine lol.
