When I do fish tacos.....I either use regular shore lunch or flour.....but add a packet of taco seasoning.....kicks the batter up a notch

BTW, it's a myth that the seeds are the hot part in a jalapeno. It's the white inner meat that holds all of the spicy oils. If you scrap all of the white out you can eat them plain with not much heat at all.
