First - Thank you for the Masters love. We know we are well past our prime and that is cool. Most of us have different reasons for CrossFit. Some of us to cure metabolic disease, some to fight Sarcopenia and some of us to live longer with mobility. That was me. I told my on ramp class 6-years ago, I wanted to live long enough to walk my daughters down the aisle. Well I beat diabetes, arthritis and kidney disease. So yeah, CrossFit saved my life and I may the old guy in the back of class struggling to get through WODs but I am healthy, mobile and will be here for my family.

looking at how younger and younger kids get into crossfit and how good of a set up for life it gives them with the discipline and the fitness is very encouraging for the sport, but the Masters are just on another level man, so friking inspiring, fitness really has no age and I just want to be like them when I grow up :')
