This is so awesome, after hearing the hell we create and hearing how crazy Ryan’s vocals are, then hearing his own concerns and struggles he has is so encouraging. Thanks for getting real with Kirby!

I love Fit For A King, when I was at a low point, and loosing interest in life, I came across them and started listening to their Dark Skies album. When I first heard that album it kinda brought new colors to life for me, I started viewing guitar differently, it made me wanna learn how to sing like Ryan, it also made me appreciate more personal lyrics, Oblivion really hit home for me in so many ways. I'm being honest when I say it made want to continue to live and learn. What I'd do to listen to it for the first time again!

Hi! So yes we can do that in the future however it’s going to vary from person to person and can pretty significantly so what you hear from David who is a pretty large and loud person with a full voice when just speaking is going to be dramatically different from someone who is the opposite - Rilee (co-owner)

Hello Dave, is it harmful to practice extreme vocals every day?

Nope but do remember to take breaks if you feel your voice needs it! Here’s a couple videos that may be helpful for you: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/huCPmpZ11tKmin0.html kzfaq.info/get/bejne/sJ1ld6xm2M2oXXU.html

David/Ryan, how do you guys handle allergies/congestion or any related respiratory issues when you have a show or vocal lesson coming up?
@ExtremeVocalInstitute

First if it’s anything chronic, speak to a doctor about management and root cause since that’s going to be your best bet. Second, using things like personal humidifiers and staying hydrated can help if you really need to be able to perform. If you’re sick though you’re going to want to hold off on vocalizing unless you really really have to in order to prevent causing more inflammation and prolonging your recovery time
