I bought my Alta hr for 100$ and it’s been great! It’s my first Fitbit or activity tracker in general and for my normal , non athlete life , it’s absolutely perfect. I journal about all my statistics (how much sleep I get, food I eat, etc) and now it’s all much more accurate because of the Alta hr! Great buy, and amazons price of 100 is hard to beat. Love it!

The last part of the video made me laugh. Can't wait until you review the Fitbit smartwatch that is coming out. At least that will have some new features... lol. Although, I must say, I love all of your Fitbit videos! Can't wait for the 7 part mini-series. In my opinion, the real reason Fitbit is so popular is because of their app. Once somebody you know get a Fitbit, they will then tell you to get one because they want to compete. If it wasn't for the weekly challenges and interactions with other Fitbit users that I know, I probably wouldn't be as enthusiastic to be wearing one. I haven't tried any other trackers, but I could not imagine myself getting one knowing that everyone that I know that owns a fitness tracker has a Fitbit.

Do you have difficulty tapping the screen? My dad's always shuts off and I have to tap it 5 times or more and sometimes it will switch between the options but other times it wont!

Thanks for the review. Does the Alta HR continuously show your HR when you exercise? Does it show what HR zone you're in and notify you when your HR is too low or high?

Heart rate of 70 is completely normal. If ur really fit u may have it as low as 60, also normal

The Fitbit Alta came out last year - this is the new Fitbit Alta HR (announced March 6th, 2017) which adds heart rate tracking.

You didn't say that all fitbit devices DOES NOT have connection with iOS Health App. Many people expect it and are very disappointed. About 5000 requests since 2014 are just ignored. community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Integrate-with-iOS-Health/idi-p/319432

Vicko Seno Saden makeup. She only applied it under the eyes and did not use the same color as her skin. The bright video light brings those small differences forward
