In this video we walk you through how to setup the Fitbit Versa 2.
Steps
(1) Download the Fitbit App on your Phone and Open it
(2) Turn on Bluetooth on your phone
(3) Create a Fitbit Account or Sign in to Your Account
(4) Plug the Fitbit into the charger
(5) Wait for it to pair
(6) Let fitbit update the software
And that's it!

When I swipe up to the Today where the stats are it only let me chose 3 different ones. I thought it was supposed to be like 7? It's only activity, hourly steps and heart rate.

I also have two degrees, my Versa doesn't even show the same screen as the video. Maybe FitBit should get their act together.

I have downloaded the Fitbit app and set up my Fitbit account. My watch is charged and on the charger sitting beside my phone ready to get started. I go to the app on my phone and it goes straight to the page where I'm to enter my daily stats. I can't back out to link the two. I haven't started yet!

Click on your profile then your watch then notifications then turn them on or if that doesn’t work you need to make sure your phone is not on silent

I did everything, but the stupid device won't go past the wifi connection, it is supposedly connected but the way you suddenly got these options on the actual fit bit has not happened for me, it still shows the logo, won't charge and the dumb things still will tell me to download the app despite already being connected to the dumb app. I'm so frustrated and disappointed i don't know what to do.
