I never get that much pump in my back workout but this workout gave me insane pump in back and it's still there after 2 days. Specially the last rope exercise after deadlift and the stretching in the back was awesome.. Thanks Bro..

@15:23 deadlift from rack is Rack pull. You are activating legs because at the end you are doing squats. Your shins are not vertical. Alan Thrall made a great video on this.

Hello Gaurav bhai ji, very informative video. I have one question regarding Deadlift, I use smith machine for doing deadlifts as it provides me more stability as compared to free Barbell and movement also remains perfect. Is that fine to do deadlift with Smith or free Barbell is better option. Thank you!!
