1 cup of 100 g tea has 11 mg Caffeine 1 cup of 100 g coffee has 40 mg caffeine Before taking pre-workout, calculate how much caffeine you already took.

I just have one coffee pouch which costs 1 or 2 rupees and it helps me to go through my workout. And if you feel very low on energy just have 2 of them , at least it does not amount to a huge dosage of caffeine.

I hv no addiction to body building.. i just stay fit . Normal walks simple life. But I got addicted to coffee. Used to hv 5-6 cups of coffee .. after two years almost i had to quit after doc consultation.. had high BP and cholesterol..coz I was consuming coffee with milk.. i understood.. it wasn't meant for me.

Most pre-workout supplements aren't safe for individuals. They contain a lot of caffeine and can lead to increase in blood pressure and heart rate. Pre workout supplements should generally be avoided as they can make you unhealthy and infact make you addicted to such supplements which will in return increase your dependence on such drinks. If you take pre-workout supplements then make sure that you aren't taking them in a regular basis and only use them before heavy workout sessions such as leg workout or power training. Before using any supplement it's very important that you consult your doctor and take his/her advice. Be smart and stay safe !!

After watching this I calculated my caffeine intake (not supplement but by coffee) and i got to know that my daily consumption is more than freaking 300 mg. Now I think I have to cut down the no. of tsp of coffee powder i have in one cup.

Take it from me. I used to be the worst skinny fat guy out there. Fatty on the inside but looked skinny with shirts. Over the period of time, I got better and better. Took my lifting seriously. Maintained a strict diet. And started seeing changes in my body. Believe me guys, it takes a hell lot more time than you imagine. Specially for skinny fat guys. But eventually, it happens. #peace ✌️

Yes, it does. If you don't workout hard enough to burn all that perworkout. It may give you anxiety. Also any stimulant like caffeine alcohol, tabacco, smoking can cause anxiety.

Please 🙏 ye sab mat lena koi bhi ye ek dam real hai mere local GYM me mujhe bhi us pagal trainer ne ase hi koi pre workout diya uske bad Mari heart beat 170 cross Kar gai thi or Mari puri body bar bar thandi si ho rahi thi me tabhi doctor ke pass ECG Karte hi Dr. ne mujhe kisi bade hospital me refer kiya time se poch gaya me nahi to us din bachta nahi bach to Gaya Lakin 1 Sal se Jada ho Gaya hai us incident ko Mari life bekar Kar di usne uske bad se me itna parshan rahta hu har time mujhe lagta hai ke bas ab Marne wale hu me mere face par paralyze bhi Hua tha kuch month pahle I'm only 28 year old and all the time I feel like my life is finished I'm still taking anxiety pill and sometimes i feel pain in my heart and it feels like it's the end of my life I can't go alone anywhere I feel like I will die somewhere alone I can't explain my situation please please don't take these kind of stuff.

Thts so fortunate….dont try it again….and the possible reason is u drank coffee and not Pure Caffiene Anhydrous….theres a reason why naure has everything in whole form….problem starts when we try to isolate and extract the individual components and try to get the pure stimulat alone without the supporting antioxidants and other inhibitors to keep a check on its pace …. Extracting caffiene angydrous is a similar thing like getting maida and discarding whole grain
