I know a dude like that, just a tall skinny dude and he's built differently, dudeman is stronger than a iron bar. Either he's built different or he's doing some type of strength training without anyone knowing but he doesn't have muscle, just a regular dude.

The muscle of a bodybuilder and a powerlifter is different in structure. The muscle of a powerlifter is denser in structure and therefore looks smaller. a bodybuilder's muscle is more voluminous, but not capable of similar maximum results.

Siempre miro y no me canso aunque ya los haya visto , me divierte la sorpresa de aquellos que levantan muchos kilos y son alentados por los entrenadores e inesperadamente llega anatoly con su papel entre inocente y desubicado y les derriba el ego levantando con facilidad lo que a ellos le lleva tiempo de motivacion y entrenamiento

Muchos creen que levantan más peso que cualquiera de su tamaño podría levantar sin entender que el tamaño que tienen es por ingerir anabólicos para estimular el crecimiento de la masa muscular de manera sintética y no por esforzarse en el gimnasio más que cualquiera, siquiera necesitas ir a uno consumiendo esos productos pero sus cuerpos van a ser dependientes de consumir esos anabólicos porque sino pueden enfermar las células que ya dependen de ellos sino mueren y su cuerpo termina deteriorándose por más que continúe ejecitándose.

It's amazing how quick chick's switches are flipped once Anatoly does a lift. Just minutes before he's getting the straight up gas face and then he one hand snatches 225lbs over his head and in an instant, there is a twinkle in their eyes. that wasn't there before. It's straight comedy.

Wondering what are his limits.Becouse when you are a big guy and lift a weight with both hands and a skinny guy comes and lift it easy with one hand then walks with it like its a piece of paper humbles you real quick.
