I got one it’s pretty nice I can barely notice it there. It makes your hat fit about a 1/8th more snug

I have 50 fitted new era and none fit the same. All are two sizes. Different materials fit differently

The brim will still look goofy , just buy you normal head size.

Not if you got a bigass head and you have to put it on the last button 😭 with some I can put it on two buttons but it can be tight sometimes
