A short video from 3M Personal Safety UK on how to correctly fit the 3M™ Aura™ 9400+ Series Disposable Respirator.
Demonstrated using the 3M™ Aura™ 9432+ Disposable Respirator. Also applicable to the 3M™ Aura™ 9422+ Disposable Respirator.
3M™ Aura™ 9400+ Series disposable respirators have been designed to stand out in industries such as food and pharmaceutical manufacturing as they are made without staples or small detachable parts. They are also easy to identify due to their bright blue colour and metal detectable nose-clip.

Are the 9432+ respirators fluid resistant and safe for against infectious diseases?. Can these be used surgery against TB or other infected patients?. The exhale valves are a point of concern. Do the 3M 9400 series come without an exhale valve?

It's an FFP3 respirator, so it filters 99% of all airborne particles. Just trust it, there is nothing else you can do.

Is it okay if the yellow filter moves in when inhaling and moves out when exhaling ?? or it shouldn't move ?

It's an exhalation valve for when you breathe out, not a filter. So, yes, it should move.

@@bruh2002 the mask is the filter itself, that yellow valve is the exhalation valve, it does not filter anything, its just a one-way air valve.

Take a couple of paper towel sheets fold them ovmer lengthwise three times like an accordion get two rubber bands one on each side and a small one turn the ends up lock them in place cheap quick I've used it for painting car better than nothing

You probably need a chemical filter. This mask you've seen in this video is a particulate filter. A1P2 or an ABEK filter for your mask should do. If you're still getting the smell, either there's no airtight seal or the chemical filters don't apply to the composition of the paint.

try semi-full face mask like 3m 6200 with a organic gas filter like 3m 6006, you wont feel any odors at all, I even use mine to chop onions(but mine is a 7800s full face to deal with the onion gas going into my eyes), and also to deal with paint thinner, acetone, nitrogen dioxide and i feel ZERO smells and I feel great, no nausea, nothing. All 3m products last a lot, my 7800s has 12 years and the rubbers are absolutely flawless, like new, and my lungs are 100% thanks to this blessed mask. Hope this helps, good luck!

The box sais FFP3, this means that it filters 99% of airborne particles, which is even better than FFP2 which filters 95% of airborne particles. So yes, it protects against the coronavirus and much, much more. You can find this information relatively easily.

3M, this is impossible people can't buy your Aura masks for cheap in Poland. 1 mask costs here 15 USD! This is sick! You need to mass produce and send to farmacies in Poland.

THIS INSTRUCTION IS WRONG!!! the upper strap should be on the neck and the lower strap should be on the head! that will make the upper strap to pull the upper edge of the mask downwards to the nose to firmly secure the tightness while the lower strap will pull the lower edge of the mask upwards to the chin to firmly secure tightness of the lower edge of the mask
