Great video, looks a lot better with the fog lamp delete, my cupra 280 sc doesn’t have front fog lights, only started fitting to face lifted vehicles from 2017 m/year.

Quedan muy bien, yo estoy pendiente de ellos! Aquí en España son 260€, la pena es que te quedas sin antinieblas pero ya que las luces son bastante potentes igual me animo a instalarlo👍

Just installed mine ! For a feedback, does the 3M is strong enough ? Just a bit scared about it, with cold temperatures in winter and hot temperatures in summer..

Unfortunately not, it only fits the facelift! But you can find vinyl copper stickers on EZmods.

@@ItsDanLatham yeah just been watching. I don't trust myself with vinyls, and prefer the robustness of the plastic versions, but do like having the front fogs lol

@@Veyron_fan Annoyingly in Mexico there is a cupra special edition that has a hybrid of the two, looks a bit odd but retains the fogs which a lot of people like. For me, I never used them and I hate cornering lights so it wasnt a big deal for me!

Hmmmm I prefer the original but +1 for putting it on. Any luck to get better exhaust sound? So disappointed with the sound...

Fair enough, not to everyones taste! Most people start with a res delete, and even backbox delete on these GPF cars

Did you remove it? Because if you unplug the foghlights don't appear something in the dash?

I like and understand what your doing but the fog lights are there for a reason! It's an extreme mod! Probably insurance implications aswell.

I probably use front fog lights once a year (if that) as I live in a built up area which is always well lit. So long as your car has a working rear fog light it meets all of the necessary legal requirements regarding MOT, insurance etc (In the UK). The Cupra R comes like this from factory without the front fog lights, as do many cars. I agree it would be an ‘extreme mod’ for someone who lives in the middle of nowhere and needs front fogs regularly though.
